Effective date: January 1, 2026. By accessing or using Kerberos Documentation Hub (“Kerberos”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). They establish the rules under which visitors interact with our clear‑net and .onion resources. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

/1 – Purpose

Visitors must be of legal age to access informational resources according to local jurisdiction. We do not solicit users from restricted regions or where Tor usage is prohibited. Access is provided “as available”, without guarantee of continuous uptime.

/3 – Acceptable Use

Users agree not to abuse, clone, or re‑host content without proper verification and signatures. Malicious activities such as phishing, data harvesting, or DDoS actions are strictly forbidden. Kerberos reserves the right to block suspicious traffic based on signature anomalies.

/4 – Intellectual Property

All visual assets, logos, and compiled HTML/CSS are protected under international licenses granting non‑commercial use rights. Users may fork and modify for personal learning if all Kerberos credits remain visible and intact.

/5 – Disclaimer of Warranty

All materials are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties. Kerberos disclaims liability for data loss or damage arising from reliance on the information. We cannot ensure absolute anonymity outside our infrastructure.

/6 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kerberos and its volunteers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the documentation. This includes loss of data, reputation, or operational disruption.

/7 – Updates and Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. New versions are digitally signed and their hashes posted on the official links page. Users are responsible for checking updates regularly. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

/8 – Contact and Jurisdiction

All inquiries must be sent through signed PGP emails to the Kerberos legal address available on the onion portal. Kerberos does not submit to any specific jurisdiction. Disputes are handled through community arbitration governed by PGP proof‑of‑identity.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Kerberos Documentation Hub and supersede previous versions. Last updated January 2026.
